How do I place an order?
You can order directly from our web site or e-mail us with your custom order.
 

How soon will I receive my order?
We make every effort to ship your order within 5-7 business days, or 10 business days for custom orders. If you need an item sooner, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you!

How will my order be shipped?
All U.S. orders are normally shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping is NOT included in the price of the item, but will be added to your invoice when you check out. Shipping is normally $4.60. If you need expedited shipping, please let us know; it is available at an additional charge. International orders are welcome; please e-mail for a shipping quote before ordering.

Do you gift wrap?
All our jewelry pieces come wrapped in an organza gift bag, suitable for gift giving. To have a gift sent directly to the recipient, please e-mail us with the address, what you would like the card to read, and any special instructions. There is no charge for this service.

I see an item I want, but I'd like it in a different color. Can you do that?

I see an item I want, but I need a different size. What do I do?
Resizing is part of our customer service! Most items can be resized to fit your specifications. Just drop us a note to let us know.

How do I know what size to order?
Use a measuring tape to measure your wrist at the wrist bone and then send us your measurement. We'll make sure your bracelet fits --with free adjustments as necessary.

Does my jewelry need special care?
We use sterling silver in our jewelry designs, and silver does tarnish over time. To reduce tarnishing, we ship all our jewelry with a special anti-tarnish strip tucked inside the gift bag. For best results, store your jewelry in an airtight container or a ziplock bag with the anti-tarnish strip.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your jewelry purchase -- and then we want you to tell all your friends about your experience with Silvery Moon! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return the piece to us within 10 days for a replacement or refund (less shipping). If there is a problem with the workmanship or the components of your jewelry purchase, we will repair or replace your jewelry free of charge.
